It’s very easy to receive freight quotes or set up a shipment with Precision Air Cargo. Just follow these steps and a member of our Operations Team will provide you with pricing and customized shipping options within 15 minutes or less.
(1) You may either:

- Send an email to general@precisionaircargo.com.*
(2) Provide us with:
- Pieces, weight and dimensions (Length x Width x Height) of each piece
- Pick up and delivery location
- “Ready” time
- Contact names, phone numbers and pertinent document numbers (PO number or order number)
- Service specifications: Same Day, Next Day, Second Day, Deferred, Hotshot, or Charter Delivery
- Your contact information
With our freight quotes you will be given a quote number. In the case of an active shipment, we’ll provide you with the air bill number and a shipment confirmation by either fax or email. You can be certain that our personalized service focuses directly on meeting your specific needs.
