Our Same Day premium expediting service has been available to our customers since Precision Air Cargo opened for business over 20 years ago. Invariably, emergency situations arise where getting material delivered the next day by 10:30 am is not good enough. In today’s competitive marketplace customers need immediate solutions to their expediting problems, including accepting deliveries in the middle of the night.
The concept of our Same Day shipment service is very simple. The customer asks us how quickly we can expedite the material needed to solve their problem. Our Operations Team reviews both Air and Ground shipment options and provides the customer with all the details so they can make an informed decision as to which option best suits their needs.
When the decision is made, we go to work. If we are expediting by Air we provide the customer with all the pertinent shipping information and the estimated time of delivery. With Ground, the best solution is to drive or Hotshot the material from the shipper to the final destination. Again, with Precision Air Cargo’s Same Day expedited shipment service we provide all the logistical information to our customer, giving them the assurance that their problem will soon be resolved.
